History:
Formed in April of 2004, Toruku Motorsports is now a subsidiary of Street Revolution LLC. Originally a garage in South Philadelphia, we have since moved on and now provide performance products aside from our services. With company focus on excellence in service and customer satisfaction, we strive to provide quality products and services. We encourage customers with questions or problems not to hesitate in contacting customer service.
Terms and Conditions:
Toruku Motorsports is NOT responsible for any damages caused by the product or damages to the product from the misuse or accidental mishap of the Buyer.
Buyer understands the ramifications for having performance or after-market parts on a vehicle. Toruku Motorsports is not responsible for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts.
No liability will be held for failure to produce product to Buyer when the cause of such failure has been caused by forces of nature, labor disputes, supplies or materials shortage (backorders), utility or communication failures, accidents, strikes, transportation problems. Most likely these will only cause delivery delays but if for some reason delivery is impossible, the option to refund payment stands.
We will not be held liable for errors or mistypes on our website. If such an error occurs, we are sorry and will fix it as soon as possible.
Please make sure everything is in satisfactory condition upon delivery of product. We are not responsible after acceptance of product.
Pictures on our website may not always be the exact product and are there to represent it as closely as possible.
All sales are final and all products are sold "as is" to the Buyer, brand new from the Manufacturer.
Returns:
Authorization to return any products must be obtained by the Buyer from Toruku Motorsports within two weeks of receiving the product. All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the reason for return and condition of product on return. Buyer must pay for all shipping and handling fees on all returns. Products approved for return are for store credit only and must be in the original manufacturers packing in the same condition as it was originally delivered to the Buyer, including all papers and warranty information with it. Returns can only be made by the original Buyer. Defective items are to be processed through the Manufacturers warranty. We are able to process Manufacturer warranties but any incurred costs (i.e. shipping) will have to be covered by the Buyer. Specialty parts orders are non-returnable.
Payment Information:
Payments are done with the use of Paypal.com, to help to prevent fraud and protect you from identity theft, we will only ship to the provided billing address. All international orders must wait for payment clearance. Toruku Motorsports has the right to reject any suspicious payments made and can cancel all suspicious orders made with the payment in question.
