FAQ

Q. How do I order a product that is not currently listed on your website?

A. Go to our contact form under the Contact link on our website. Enter "Product Request" in the subject area and list the brand, product, and part number for request in the message area. We will email you with a price quote and add your product on our website, from which you can choose to purchase. If you have a competitor price please feel free to include their price and a link to their website and we will do our best to match or beat their price.

 

Q. What is your return policy?

A. Authorization to return any products must be obtained by the Buyer from Toruku Motorsports within two weeks of receiving the product. All returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the reason for return and condition of product on return. Buyer must pay for all shipping and handling fees on all returns. Products approved for return are for store credit only and must be in the original manufacturers packing in the same condition as it was originally delivered to the Buyer, including all papers and warranty information with it. Returns can only be made by the original Buyer. Defective items are to be processed through the Manufacturers warranty. We are able to process Manufacturer warranties but any incurred costs (i.e. shipping) will have to be covered by the Buyer. Specialty parts orders are non-returnable.

 

Q. Can you accept a different form of payment other than paypal.com?

A. For anti-fraud reasons, the only other forms of payments are by money order or cashiers check upon special request through our Contact page.

 

Q. How long does shipping usually take?

A. Most products on average will arrive within 10 business days. Delays may occur on special order items or items that are on backorder. Regardless of the scenario, you will be notified with your order's tracking number, status, and any significant changes that may affect the arrival of your order. Full cash refunds are guaranteed any time before the product is shipped, including backorders.

 

Q. I received a speeding and reckless driving ticket after I beat this other car at the light using a modification I purchased from you. Can I get a refund or have my ticket paid for?

A. That's great that you smoked someone at the light, but we don't condone the use of our products for illegal purposes and hold no responsibility for your actions after your purchase.
